I visited Aktip Hospital for my routine medical check-up, I was amazed with the facility, very excellent and friendly staff, Miss Duygu assisted me during the process as an English translator, she was amazing very well versed with the whole process and was ready to go an extra mile to help, her English language was excellent and very easy to understand. She assisted me from the beginning till the end of the medical check-up. I will give her 5 stars along with the hospital and the medical team also would recommend her and would love to have her as my English translator for my future visits in the hospital. Really happy with the Bartin Aktip Hospital service today Wednesday 7th May 2025. I had to attend for my annual work medical. This involved moving about the Hospital to various departments that specialise in various disciplines from X- Ray to Blood donations. My chaparone and translator, corporate promotion officer Duygu Demirok guided me through each department and she translated and coordinated and organised each stage first class. She is the ultimate professional and dedicated to providing a top service to patients, as is the hospital staff who perform the medical practices. I'm always well looked after at Bartin Aktip Hospital and this being my 5th visit there over the past 2 years. Ive had 2 Medicals, 2 MRI including consultations and physical examinations and 1 for an injury. As I said, I was thoroughly looked after by all staff but in particular Duygu. Thanks Gary Davidson.

The hospital is well equipped with modern machines, the staff are very understanding and calm who are willing to do what it takes to make very patient comfortable. I went for medical check up and the whole thing didn't take more than 45 mins from the minute I entered the hospital. I visited the orthopedic doctor for a knee examination and also had an MRI at Aktıp Hospital. I received a diagnosis and was only prescribed the required medication. Miss Duygu assisted me at the hospital with translation and provided the information I needed. She really made my visit so much easier, and I had peace of mind knowing I was in safe hands. She is a truly professional lady, as were the doctor and the staff.

Hello, I'm Andrew McLean. I'm from the UK and I work in Filyos. I've been rotating here since last December. I came here today because I had a lump on my stomach that wasn't a problem, but it started bleeding, so I came here. The lump was removed after a local anaesthetic. The doctor was very good. He gave me the injection and made sure I didn't feel a thing before the procedure. He was talking to me to make sure I felt no pain afterwards. They stitched me up and again, I feel no pain. I'll be back in one week to have the stitches out. I work all over the world, but this is by far the best hospital I've ever been to.
