Rules Covering Inpatient Companions and Visitors
• Our visiting hours are between 11.00-22:00 in inpatient services. Visitors are not accepted after this hour.
• The number of companions is limited to 1 person.
• There is no companion in the intensive care units and our visiting hours are limited to 1 visitor between 14.00-15.00.
• Hospital management is not responsible for patient belongings that are not delivered to hospital management. Do not leave your valuables (money, mobile phone, etc.) in the rooms.
• Companions must wear their companion cards within the hospital boundaries. The card must be handed over at discharge.
• There is a sofa that can be converted into a bed in each patient room for companions.
• For the privacy of the patient and patient care areas, please do not take images (photographs, video recordings, etc.).
• For the health of our patients, we recommend that there are no more than two visitors at a time and that the visit time is limited to 15 minutes.
• Please do not bring children under the age of 7 as visitors.
• Visitors must leave the room while the patient is being cared for. Please respect the privacy of patients and their relatives during your visit.
• Companions should inform the nurse if there is any problem with their patient.
• Wash your hands or provide hand disinfection before and after the visit.
• We kindly request that you do not bring food that smells bad from outside.
• Visitors are not allowed for patients in isolation and Covid patients.
• If visiting and/or having a companion is prohibited by our physician, please take care to comply with this.
• If more than one person will stay; This information must be reported by the companion to the admission-discharge unit or emergency desk in order for the fee to be paid.
• In case of companion changes, the floor secretary must be informed.
• The companion should not be near the patient during the intervention.
• The companion assists in the patient's care to the extent permitted.
• The companion must comply with all the rules set by the hospital. In case of violation, the accompanying person's status will not be accepted.
• Grounded (live) flowers are not accepted due to the risk of carrying infection. On behalf of your patient The ground flowers will be delivered upon discharge.
• Adjusting the TV volume to the minimum level you can hear will ensure the comfort of other patients. • Do not interfere with the patient's treatment materials.
• Do not use mobile phones in areas where medical equipment is used.
• Do not use kettles etc. in patient rooms as they may cause technical problems. We kindly request that you do not use any tools.
• Considering our other patients and hospital staff, please do not speak loudly.
• Pets are not accepted in our hospital.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in our hospital.
• The hospital canteen is at your service between 06:30-03:00 during the day.
• Do not hang or hang anything from room windows.
• Insist on visiting patients outside visiting hours to avoid disruption of their care and treatment. Care must be taken not to.
• Our meal hours for patients and their relatives are as follows:
Breakfast service: 07:00
Lunch service: 12:00
Dinner service: 18:00
You can ask for help from the service nurses for the problems you experience with your visitors.
