OUR QUALITY POLICY
· To work with the aim of realizing "perfect service delivery", based on an approach that adopts continuous improvement and development within the scope of our Hospital's Quality Management System, Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Health's Quality Standards in Health and legal regulations that we are obliged to comply with.
· To determine the processes in order to measure the expectations and wishes of the patients and their relatives and the contracted institutions and to continuously improve their satisfaction,
• To ensure that the Quality Management System studies in our institution are accepted as an activity that must be carried out by all units and all employees.
• In this direction, to organize continuous trainings so that all employees are informed about Quality Management and quality improvements.
• To encourage the participation of employees in quality studies.
• To establish good relations with the cooperating companies in order to improve the service quality and to provide faster, more economical and higher quality service by constantly measuring their performance.
• Aiming to provide rapid and accurate diagnosis and treatment using modern and advanced technology.

· Studies for measuring patient and employee satisfaction (survey applications, evaluation of results, improvement studies for results)
· Provides document management within the framework of SKS.
· Manages processes for quality indicators. (Evaluates statistical information on service delivery.) · .Manages committees determined within the framework of SKS.
· Initiates corrective and preventive action when necessary, monitors and concludes.
· Carries out other duties to be assigned by the chief physician regarding quality.
